Oct 25, 2026 Kumbhalgarh : A seasoned hospitality leader Babita Bhatt with over two decades of distinguished expertise spearheading comprehensive resort operations, commercial strategy, and revenue optimization for premier hotel brands in India has been appointed as new GM of Radisson Blu Resort Kumbhalgarh. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Dehradun and an MBA graduate from IMS Ghaziabad, her career trajectory spans leadership tenures with acclaimed hospitality portfolios, including Radisson Hotel Group, Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, and Hyatt Regency.

Throughout her leadership journey, Babita has successfully championed commercial agility and operational excellence to maximize asset profitability. During her tenure as Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing  at Radisson BLU MBD,  her commitment to operational rigor and performance governance earned her various  prestigious  accolades.

Having served as Executive Assistant Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Greater Noida and Additional General Manager Sales at Jaypee Hotels India, Babita had driven large-scale P&L stewardship, cross-departmental alignment, and robust MICE and wedding business development. Her approach integrates disciplined cost governance, workflow streamlining, and digital workspace innovations to elevate service standards and stakeholder value.

Currently serving as General Manager at Radisson Blu Resort Kumbhalgarh (effective October 2026), Babita leverages her extensive commercial acumen and operational leadership to direct property-wide performance, elevating the resort as an elite sanctuary for luxury destination weddings, high-end corporate offsites, and discerning leisure travelers.
