Sep 12, 2026 New Delhi : Prajna Chatterjee has been appointed as the new country head – INDIA for Turtle Down Under, a DMC based in Australia. Being in the travel and tourism industry for more than two decades, Prajna brings significant experience across the travel and tourism landscape with a professional journey spanning hospitality, developing & building businesses to leadership positions within the travel platform.

She has held senior leadership positions with reputed organisations, including M/S Spring Travels, Yatra Online and HSSTPL.

Her experience encompasses managing large-scale businesses across both the Indian and global markets. She has been extensively engaged in developing strategic relationships, building key partnerships across international markets, and creating business opportunities with a strong focus on long-term growth and engagement.

She also worked closely with DMCs, hotels, airlines, tourism boards, travel houses, corporates and other key stakeholders across the global travel ecosystem. Prajna boasts of a strong understanding of both the Indian and international travel trade, along with the ability to connect different segments of the industry and create meaningful business relationships.
